Microsoft Access is available for PC only. The most up-to-date version of Microsoft Access is always available with a Microsoft 365 subscription. Microsoft Access 2019 is the latest version of Access available as a one-time purchase. Previous versions include Access 2016, Access 2013, Access 2010, Access 2007, and Access 2003. Access lets you build and share a database in seconds. You supply the information and Access does the rest, making it easy to create and structure your data. Reports and queries put your data into the format you want, so your applications consistently look great. Permissions are rules associated with files that determine if you can access the file and what you can do with it. To check the permission of the file or folder, follow these steps: Right-click the file or folder, and then select Properties.

Important
While you can install Power BI Report Server in an environment that has a Read-Only Domain Controller (RODC), Power BI Report Server needs access to a Read-Write Domain Controller to function properly. If Power BI Report Server only has access to a RODC, you may encounter errors when trying to administer the service.

Install your report server
Installing Power BI Report Server is straightforward. There are only a few steps to install the files.
You don't need a SQL Server Database Engine server available at the time of install. You will need one to configure Reporting Services after install.
Configure your report server
After you select Configure Report Server in the setup, you're presented with Reporting Services Configuration Manager. For more information, see Reporting Services Configuration Manager.
To complete the initial configuration of Reporting Services, you create a report server database. A SQL Server Database server is required to complete this step.
Creating a database on a different server
If you're creating the report server database on a database server on a different machine, change the service account for the report server to a credential that is recognized on the database server.
By default, the report server uses the virtual service account. If you try to create a database on a different server, you may receive the following error on the Applying connection rights step.
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): Windows NT user or group '(null)' not found. Check the name again.
To work around the error, you can change the service account to either Network Service or a domain account. Changing the service account to Network Service applies rights in the context of the machine account for the report server.
For more information, see Configure the report server service account.
Windows Service
A windows service is created as part of the installation. It is displayed as Power BI Report Server. The service name is PowerBIReportServer.
Default URL reservations
URL reservations are composed of a prefix, host name, port, and virtual directory:
An example of the complete URL string might be as follows:
Firewall
If you're accessing the report server from a remote machine, make sure you've configured any firewall rules if there is a firewall present.

I recently got a new laptop and had to go through the ritual of reinstalling all my programs and drivers. I sometimes work with SSIS locally to import data from Excel and occasionally do demos with Power BI where I read from an Access database so I needed to install the ACE OLE DB provider. If you try to do either of those things without the ACE OLE DB provider you will get a message like the one below.
The ‘Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0’ provider is not registered on the local machine.
How To Install Microsoft Access From O365 Business Premium
I needed both the 32-bit and the 64-bit adapters to cover my various use cases. I started by installing the 64-bit Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable. If you have ever attempted this, you know there is a secret. You cannot install the 2010 Access database engine with a different processing architecture (bittedness) from your Office install (or install both versions of the 2010 Access database engine) without a workaround. If you try, you will get an error message.
There are two options for getting the other version installed.
Option A: Install the 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components
The 2007 Access database engine can read the same format, but didn’t have a 64-bit install. It doesn’t have the check to see what other products are on your machine and can co-exist peacefully with the 64-bit 2010 Access engine.

I wrote up a document for this a while back for a client, but I can never remember where I put it. So I’m posting this on my blog to make this info easier to find for me as well as you.
